Elegant common areas with charming historical ambiance.

I was frustrated by the unusable Wi-Fi. It made planning our day difficult. The staff was surprisingly unhelpful. One even yelled at my husband for looking for hot water. We felt a bit unwelcome when asked to show our room key upon entering the hotel.
